Appeal Flow is a productivity platform, not a law firm, medical provider, insurer, or government agency. Content and AI outputs are informational only and must be reviewed by qualified professionals where appropriate.

• Use the service lawfully and in compliance with insurer and regulatory requirements.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, or interfere with platform operations.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use the service to generate harmful, fraudulent, or misleading submissions.

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and case content. You grant Appeal Flow permission to process this content as needed to provide product functionality.

Appeal Flow is currently offered at no charge. We may update pricing or feature availability in the future with notice in-app or on our site.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appeal Flow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
