Appeal Flow uses OpenAI API services to generate structured outputs from your case inputs. AI outputs are workflow support only and are not legal or medical advice.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vendors needed to operate the service, such as infrastructure hosting, secure database storage, email delivery, and AI processing.

We retain account and case data while your account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling. You may request deletion subject to applicable legal obligations.
